Who are leaders?

Generally, a "leader" is someone who binds people together and guide them towards a common goal. Anyone can tell people what to do, but effective leadership required more than the ability to assign tasks to a group of people. And this is the basic different between management and leadership (businessnewsdaily)

Not all leaders are managers and not all managers are leaders. However, the more a manager has leader qualities, the better it is for the organization.

Leaders have commonly known skills and qualities, but they use it in a way that motivates and inspires people.
