We all do not like it when someone controls, dominates and overpowers us. Even if we do not like to lead, still we disfavor the feeling of being followers and usually that’s why most people don’t like their bosses.
A good leader finds a way to influence employees to get what is needed and wanted. A good leader makes clients feel that they are along with their opinions as important factors of the organization as him/her, and they’re not just followers.

Feeling satisfied, needed and important always make us try to do the best. In an organization, when a leader success in leading employees without underestimating them or minimizing their importance, employees will give their best effort (huffingtonpost.com).

Here's a video explaining the power of Leading; what makes a good leader?
